Our three bedroom Apartments have a double-bedded room with en-suite facilities plus two additional 2 bedded rooms. Two-bedroom Apartments have a double-bedded room and a twin-bedded room (or 2 twin-bedded rooms). All of our Apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is, however, allowed on balconies.

We have a limited number of top-floor Apartments with private roof-top sun terraces. These Apartments prove very popular with our regular Guests and it is advisable to book early if you require one of these Apartments.

To reserve, we require a 100 euro deposit per room payable by credit card, paypal, or direct bank transfer. All reservations will be confirmed by email.

Location: Cabo Roig ‘Strip’ Two minutes from the Mediterranean Sea

Bedrooms: Sleeps 2 – 6 (Cots available for small children)

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern facilities

Bathroom: Bath/Shower/Toilet/Bidet

Entertainment: English/Spanish TV Channels

Outside: Balcony/Terrace or Private Rooftop Solarium on request. (early booking advisable), Residents Pool, Kiddies Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool Table, Poolside Toilets

Facilities: Air Conditioning/Heating. House Linen/Towels provided (please bring your own Beach Towels)

Wifi: In all apartments, poolside and throughout the building, is free of charge

Rates

Low Season: January/February/November/December – Two-bedroom Apartment:-
One night: 85€ per night
Two nights plus: 80€ per night
For seven nights or more a 15% discount will apply. Total for seven nights: 476€
Winter long-stay Special – three weeks to one month: 375€ per week

Mid Season: March/April/May/October (including Easter) – Two-bedroom Apartment:-
One night: 110€ per night
Two nights plus: 100€ per night
For seven nights or more a 15% discount will apply. Total for seven nights: 595€

High Season: June/July/August/September – Two-bedroom Apartment:-
One night – 120€ per night
Two nights plus: 110€ per night
For seven nights or more a 10% discount will apply. Total for seven nights: 693€

Supplements (High Season only)
3rd Floor Rooftop Terrace: add 15€ per night
Poolside view: add 10 euros per night
Rooftop and Poolside view: 25€ per night

Three-bedroom/two bathrooms Poolside view Apartments sleeping up to six people – one double-room with en-suite and two twin-bedded single bedrooms. Limited availability.
Low Season: add 5€ per night
Mid Season: add 10€ per night
High Season: add 20€ per night

Please note all rates are for room-only based on up to four people sharing and including final clean. There are supplements for extra persons sharing a two-bedroom apartment as below:-
Five Persons: 15€ per visit
Six Persons: 20€ per visit

Linen /Towel change if required during your stay:
Two bedroom Apartment: 20€
Three bedroom Apartment: 30€
